We made it!! We are excited to tell you that we have finished moving into our new facility and are up and running ahead of schedule! Over the next two weeks, we will be working through the order backlog which will extend the time we take to ship your order. Below you will find our expected ship dates and when you can expect to receive your package based on when you place your order. |

When will you resume shipping orders within two business days? After we start shipping on Wednesday, August 8 from our new facility, we will be working very hard to return to our standard two business day order-to-ship time as fast as possible. We anticipate we will resume shipping orders within two business days before the end of August. What do I do if I want to cancel my order due to the shipping delay? If you wish to cancel your order due to the shipping delay, please contact Customer Service to request your order to be canceled and we will do so happily. If I return an order during this time, how will it be handled? Customer returns will be handled as usual without interruption according to our standard No Hassle Return Policy. I live in the Atlanta area. Where is your new location going to be? Can I pick up my order? Our new facility is located in the Kennesaw, GA area. We will not have a storefront, therefore, we are unable to accommodate customer walk-ins, or order pickups. However, keep in mind, we will continue to offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $35! When can I expect my order to ship? As you may know, our website remained opened for customer orders throughout our move, which resulted in a backlog of orders to fill once we became operational. We are working really hard to fulfill each order and resume our normal order processing times. Please continue to check our shipment schedule for details on our progress.
