For orders you place after we start shipping on Wednesday, August 8 from our new facility, we will be working very hard to return to our standard two business day order-to-ship time as fast as possible.

I already have an order placed. How will this move affect my current order? All orders placed prior to 12PM ET Saturday, July 28th will be processed and shipped within two business days from time of order.
What happens if I place an order during the move? Orders placed between Saturday, July 28 12PM ET and Wednesday, August 8 12AM ET will ship 8-11 business days from the date the order is placed.
